On the table are three cards, one with a single word on it, one with a short phrase, and one with the rules. You can also hear Peter's voice, though you can't see him. ]

You can't just be strong and brave to be a good adventurer, you know. You must also be very clever. I'm so very clever that I can get other people to say exactly what I want them to say all the time. But I must know if any of you are as clever as I am. To make it much easier for you, I will give you a word and a phrase that you must get other people to say to you. Every person you trick will get you points and you'll get more points for phrases!

… Oh, and no cheating! If another team figures out your word or phrase and tells it to me, they'll steal one of your end points! Oh, oh, and let's make a bet if you think you are the most clever! If you tell me the name of one specific person you can trick into saying your word or phrase, then I'll give you double the points for it! But if you fail, you'll lose points. Won't that be most interesting?

Game Start

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

1) Your goal is to trick a person/multiple persons on another team into saying your word/phrase to you.
2) You cannot say your word or exact phrase to another team, but you can try to prompt another team indirectly into saying your phrase.
3) Your character cannot remain silent during the game. If they try not to say anything, they'll feel compelled to respond instead.
4) If your team figures out another team's word and/or phrase, they can submit it under "TURN IN" to steal up to two points from that team! (One for the word, one for the phrase)
5) You can also make a bet with Peter Pan. Under "THE BET," you can submit the name of a specific person (1 per teammate ie 3 teammates, 3 targets) you are confident in being able to trick into saying your word and/or phrase. If you succeed, you'll earn double points. If you fail, you'll lose points equal to the original value of the points. A team cannot all pick the same target.
6) Once you've succeeded in tricking someone into saying your word/phrase, submit the thread to "TURN IN"

I think... we don't know who we could pick out.

It should probably be someone you're accustomed to talking to—possibly someone that chose you, as well. Then it would largely become a battle of rhetoric with both parties participating, rather than an attempt to pursue someone that's on the defensive.

It's possible, but I think it will largely be a matter of luck.

Nevertheless, I think we should strategize. If it's all three of us playing and we seem to be angling for the same sort of idea, that may be incredibly telling.

So play to your personality. The key is to be as natural as possible without trying to shoehorn in anything that you wouldn't normally say—that's an immediate flag.
