For 2(a)/3(a), you may only submit forms of things your character did in a comment ICly. No handwaving/offscreening. They don't have to be done with the DP journal (because I'm not running it after midnight EST on Tuesday except by request), but there does have to be a comment of it happening, even if that comment is just "[ Percy sits for half an hour making the perfect jelly bean ]" and it gets no responses.
