[Upon entering your team's cloud of mist, you find yourselves transported to a bare stone room with a single stone table and chairs. (The chairs have been bolted to the floor.) On the table are a 16 red stones, 8 blue stones, and a 2 black stones. There are also indentations around the edge of the table, each one marked in the color of one of the teams.]

Better that I'm here than not, right? I'm a knight, I'm supposed to help as best I can. So that's what I plan to do.

For all the teams, if possible. I was thinking that we can cancel out some of the damage by placing a blue stone and a red stone on teams...but that still leaves eight stones.

Ah, the canceling is a good idea... Spread the stones as evenly as possible, maybe?

As evenly as we can. Or take the extra stones on ourselves.

Are you sure taking damage on purpose is wise...? I mean, I don't mind, but that's all I actually remember doing. If things go for the worst and you guys get hurt... I don't think I can protect you from a game.

We don't know what the "damage" entails. It could be something minor, or something bigger. Until we do know, I wouldn't want to inflict it on any of the other teams. Selenia has some healing magic, and I'm a pharmacist, so we can do our best to make sure it doesn't get too bad. I certainly don't want this to be suicide.

...Alright, fair enough. We may be more prepared to take whatever comes at us than other teams, in that case.

Especially new teams. I don't know if any of them have an idea of what to expect in these games.

They were warned about dangerous games, but not specifically games like this. I meant more that they've never experienced a dangerous game like this before.
