[Upon entering your team's cloud of mist, you find yourselves transported to a bare stone room with a single stone table and chairs. (The chairs have been bolted to the floor.) On the table are a 16 red stones, 8 blue stones, and a 2 black stones. There are also indentations around the edge of the table, each one marked in the color of one of the teams.]

I'm asking you. I think you do, I've always thought you do, but I want to hear it from your own mouth, rather than guessing all the damn time. Because you just hurt me far more than I would have been hurt by what we planned. And maybe it's selfish. Maybe it doesn't like up with how you think Peridot and the world works. But you've betrayed me, and hurt me, and stolen my choice, and I at least want to know why.

Because why the hell should we take so much damage for ourselves, for the other teams? They're going to throw us out to the wolves the first time they have to choose between us and themselves!

Not everyone is like you! I've got friends on most of the other teams, I know some of them play a lot nicer than we do, and wanting to kill people you don't even know just because they might hurt us isn't protecting Peridot, it's just bloody-minded stupidity.
