Through the door, you find yourself in a room decorated entirely in white. The floor is made up of smooth marble tiles. The walls are covered in an elaborate floral wallpaper in white and pale grays. To your left is an enormous ivory wardrobe. Opposite it is a white wrought iron table with several chairs around it. There are five cards spread across the table.

There's no backing out of that conflict for them, if I can overcome their pawn. Their king would have to attack me.

I'm willing — it would be a decisive move. Taking their knight might be more prudent, however. If I failed at either the pawn or the king's confrontations, we would be in a worse position.
