On the table is a circle with fourteen sections (the 12 hero teams and one black for Onyx and one sivler for Sterling). There is also a bag of small black rocks -- 20 of them in total. ]

She said stones don't mean damage. Does that mean not stones is damaging, or...?

I... I don't know. At least putting some on every team won't hurt if it's not damaging, right? Maybe we shouldn't save any for ourselves.

Unless 'doesn't equal damage' equals something else. But I'd be willing to try it.
