Each team is assigned to a different picnic blanket (team color-coordinated) with room between each group so no one overhears each other. The blanket is spread out enough to accommodate everyone present, with a picnic basket and a small lantern in the middle. Inside the basket, along with food, are directions written on slips of paper—or read aloud to you once you look at them, if you cannot read.
There is a small latch on the lantern for you to submit your answers when you’re ready.
"Thank you for coming . . . we're sorry that neither of us is very good at things that would be very exciting? But we would like to request your . . . help. There are some things we wish to understand better, and we cannot do it alone. So we look forward to everyone's thoughts very much."
