In that knights, there is an additional rule that you can only have people quest for PARTS of gifts, so there's more gift giving quests to go around for every knight there is. (LIKE SO, where the book is one part and the contents is another.) The hero then needs to quest for the other part of the gift from another knight!
If you're already giving out quests for certain gifts, that can still be quested for with no problem! It's just a "from now on quests need to be done this way" rule. That said, knights are also expecting to go out there and haggle with teams for handing out gift quests.
You can also consider Duckling to have ICly left a note about it being too much power for him to give complete gifts too for quests at thee moment as he is running a game as well, unless it's an extremely simple gift! (Such as, idk, someone questing for fake poop.)
