[if written, assume to be very badly spelled :Db]

Knight’s name: Viola
Counterpart’s name: Thorn

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
He's big on fighting, so probably protection is really big. Not letting teams get hurt at all. Giving them food because he seems like a nice guy. He probably puts their safety over his.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
I tried to protect Burn, but he's real stubborn.
I got apples for the teams even though I'm real scared of water.

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
I dunno… there wasn't a lot different I could do, 'cause I already give lots of quests and try to protect people. I hope I did.

Knight’s name: Sion
Counterpart’s name: Dino

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?

I believe Chariot is the sort of person who usually thinks he could do better, but he is also very gentle and doesn't let setbacks ruin his mood.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)

Chariot is very friendly and helps the teams with useful quests. He can actually be very creative, so I tried to do my best. He also likes when people have fun and will help them with that.

Helping Aather be less lost. Maybe.

Cooking recipes, pizza and questionable cookies.

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?

I certainly hope so.

Knight's name: Ace
Counterpart's name: Sion

1) What do you believe your counterpart's standards to be?

Protect the teams, help the teams, etc. He gets really involved with the teams even outside of games, though, especially with Turquoise. And is apparently very diligent about writing reports and stuff, I guess about things that are happening or have happened in Aather.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)

Offered to help Neji with a quest to regrow his missing finger and asked how Iolite was doing.

Wrote a brief report on what was up with the people I talked to during the game.

(OOC: Ace discussed writing the report in the second thread linked but the actual writing of it took place offscreen. :|b If that's allowed, then Ace will attach his report to his survey turn-in: it's a dry, brief, bullet-point account of what knightly activities he observe Zero doing over the course of the game, plus a short note about Neji's missing finger and what he said about the current status of Iolite.)

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?

Probably not. I asked a couple people who knew him to get some idea of what his standards might be like and received some weird answers. In the end I went by the answers that made him look good, since from what I've seen he's pretty serious about his duties as a knight, but for all I know maybe he does actually commit acts of unspeakable evil during his off hours. It's hard to say.

Knight’s name: Edmund
Counterpart’s name: Souya

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
To be helpful and responsible and to not let one's own shortcomings stop you from doing that.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
Teaching Mikage how to tango (eventually, will include backtagging, but I won't get back home for tagging until the game's done :|)
Showing care?

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
I honestly don't think so. Most of that is opportunity-based, and they're things I'd try to do anyways, though. And I can't easily relate to being scared of something that would be everyday like a color either.

Knight’s name: Hakudou
Counterpart’s name: Sword

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
I don't think she believes that knights have standards. She does what she likes and if people aren't strong enough to deal with it then that's their own problem.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties?
Since I don't think she believes in knight duties, I simply stopped my usual activities helping Heroes and trying to be useful. For example, I saw a member of Citrine who seemed to have something important missing from him but I didn't even try to find out what was wrong.

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
I hope so. It was pretty difficult stopping myself from doing anything useful. I hope she did her best to fulfill someone else's duty to make up for me not doing anything.

Knight’s name: Isa
Counterpart’s name: Hakuren

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
Maintaining a sense of morality that allows one to carry out the wishes of the Personae, Beauty in particular, to the best of their ability. He seemed to be concerned with duty, but not overly-devoted to the point of stubbornness.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
We argued about whether or not having a moral code is the same thing as having a personal code... and I'm still not certain I'm capable of possessing one because I don't have a heart. Ultimately, the only code I have is to protect and ensure what's important to me--my memories, my abilities, my heart (wherever it is), and Lea--isn't threatened. If he thinks that means I have a moral code, then I suppose I demonstrated that with Riku (about my memories) and Lea (about my "feelings").

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
Probably. I think Hakuren found my perspective mostly compatible with his, so at the very least I would suspect he finds it acceptable.

Knight’s name: Thorn
Counterpart’s name: Sasuke

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
They're not that different from mine. They involve patrolling during dusk and dawn, giving quests that help multiple teams and helping teams while ensuring they also learn how to help themselves. Sasuke might not rush out to do his tasks, but he ensures they get done.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
Giving Ferris a quest to give those sea fruits to half the teams.
Talking with Torrent about how he can use his creatures for protection. (Technically this thread is in an afternoon post but I started it after the game so handwave maybe?)
Checking on Kurei and figuring out what to do about his missing heart.

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
Probably. Like I said, we're not that much different in how we see being a knight.

Knight’s name: Hakuren
Counterpart’s name: Isa

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
He is still at a point of questioning himself and what is "right" and "wrong" in the grander scheme of things--however, he understands that there are certain things that one most hold fast to. To him strength is what matters, and a maintenance of industry over sloth.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
We ended up having a lengthy philosophical debate, in which I held my own and to my own beliefs. While I don't know if my beliefs will have any lasting impression on his, I have my own thoughts on mental strength versus physical and the importance of both.

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
I would like to think so. At least in the industry part, I don't feel I have anything to worry about.

Knight’s name: Chariot
Counterpart’s name: Ace

1) What do you believe your counterpart’s standards to be?
Huh, Ace? I guess he'd be about helping people a lot, he seems like a pretty friendly guy.

2) How did you choose to demonstrate their duties? (2-3 links + descriptions of activities)
H... helping Acedia with his... problems...

3) Do you think you were able to live up to their standards?
No idea, but I hope I did.

Knight's name: Sword.
Counterpart's name: Lea.

1) I think he's like any other knight; he expects he's supposed to work for the heroes' benefit however it suits him. But he seems easygoing, so I doubt he has anything he works hard to do regularly. He seems attentive, though.

2) I didn't, because I couldn't think of any he'd need to do! I did talk to his best friend Isa, however, and we talked ourselves a little too. They seem to rely on each other quite a bit.

3) Hmm ... I couldn't say! But I believe I did. We'll find out, won't we?

[also, either assume she got Sion to write this for her, or that she answered his questions face to face ... she can't read or write herself, not yet, certainly not well enough she'd try doing it in a game.]
