Some people living in low gravity in deep space have experimented with mechanical wings of various sorts. Ultimately it's more of a bother than simply building in handholds and learning how to maneuver, but the principle's the same, and you don't have to fiddle with buttons to use yours.

Dizzying, no doubt. And probably relatively effortless, since you wouldn't need to flap to fight gravity, only to direct yourself or build up speed.
