If it's an afternoon tea, tea should be a part of the menu. A hot tea that compliments the rest of the menu in flavor.

Sandwiches are a good idea, cut small and very light in flavor.

A hot tea and an iced tea, maybe, or some kind of fresh mixed juice.

With that idea, a cool sandwich and a warm sandwich might work.
