Three pebbles are on one side and nine on the other. There are three doors on the wall opposite you (past the scales). Each door is made of dark wood and has gold lettering.]

Agreed. Long enough that he understands how serious his crimes are.

I don't think someone who would set people on fire to keep them away from other people is really the type to consider setting people on fire something you shouldn't do.

Probably not, but if we're institutionalizing him then maybe there's a chance to teach him that.
