It tells us almost nothin, but it tells us she's locked up 'cause she cut the toes off a dude who harmed her sister, but then she kept cuttin' toes off 'cause she couldn't stop once she started. That's all it tells us. It don't tell us nothin' about torture or experiments or bs like that. It tells us she can't stop cuttin' toes off, and we gotta decide what to do with her.
