Unity is not important to a team. For example, roses are one bush, they know better than to cluster together. They see the world from different places, and drink in the sunlight from opposite directions. Differences help the whole plant grow. Hippos also fight a lot, and poltergeist are rarely, if never, seen together.
Unity is just poppycock used in someone's idolalia.
