As before, the latest scroll has a short message on it, similar to the one you wrote earlier...but not quite. It seems to be another team's message, but somehow jumbled and distorted. It will be your task to try to ascertain what it was originally.

This time, the scroll is a bit more tattered than before. Is that dried blood staining its edges?

A person who's not alive but acts like they are.

I don't know them that well either...

Maybe it's somethin' that's very important to Ruby. But I don't know how Death fits in.

Death isn't a person.

You can be frinds with things that aren't a person sometimes...but I didn't think Death was one of those things.

I met a guy on Ruby! He was, uh, okay.

Oh! Maybe they just wanted to be friends with someone named Death.

Or... hm.

Maybe the message went something like : "we should be allies to the Death now, that is very important. Ruby."

That makes more sense, I guess?

Why would you be allies to Death though, if it's not a person?

To the Death. I think you can also use it as an expression? Like allies forever, until death or something? And like. Capital D there because. Well probably because they think it's something special.

Oooh. That makes more sense. I like it.
