❧ one baking sheet
❧ four sharp knives in varying sizes & uses (paring, butchering, chopping, breadknife)
❧ one large wooden spoon, one ladle, one straining spoon, one spatula
❧ a full set of smallwares (cutlery, plates, and bowls)
❧ a covered basket

1. All team members participating, if not equally, then in some capacity approximating that.
2. Adherence to the requirements in each round. Obviously, taste is a factor.
3. Creativity, originality, and presentation! Do not bore me.
4. Reflection of team spirit or personality.
5. Evidence of new knowledge learned or skills acquired.

I remember how to cook over a camp fire. It's not too hard. You can help cut things or if we get things like spices, you can get things for me so I don't have to leave the food?
