❧ a full set of smallwares (cutlery, plates, and bowls)
❧ a covered basket

2. Adherence to the requirements in each round. Obviously, taste is a factor.
3. Creativity, originality, and presentation! Do not bore me.
4. Reflection of team spirit or personality.
5. Evidence of new knowledge learned or skills acquired.

Create an appetizer course. It should be light, tasty, and have a variety of flavors. It should be easy to eat, and not be too large, since there are other courses to follow.

The main ingredient you should use for this is pineapple.
