Room 2: Peridot, Coral, Sapphire, Tiger's Eye, Kunzite

[When you enter the rooms, they're fairly open and large, with enough space to spread out. On the walls are posters with a list on them:

1. Trickery/mischief?
2. Love?
3. Truth?
4. Snakes?
5. Masks?

Can you ask a question when it depends on the last thing asked? Asked thusly, what would you say? Say what you would freely, or falter? Falter on the same word, or manage to soar?

There is a strange humming sense of expectation in the air.]

((We're playing the questions game with a twist! Each question needs to start with the needs to begin with the last word of the previous question, like in the IC example above. There is a list of themes and starter questions if you'd feel more comfortable springboarding that way -- using one of our starters will not lose you points! You'll have the standard five hours, after which we'll cut you off, but you can pretty much go wild and have as many question conversations as you feel like before you call it quits and head to endgame..))

[shrugs] I could've done without it.
glorious: (logic)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 01:36 am (UTC)(link)
It was something you had difficulty controlling, in any case.
deadlyfurniture: serious (With confidence anew)

[personal profile] deadlyfurniture 2012-09-10 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
I'm working on it.
glorious: (frontier)

[...pulls up his sleeve and taps the simple wire bracelet he's wearing.]

Ideally, you'll learn the self-control necessary to keep in check. However, if you're worried about what may happen in the meantime, there are things you can quest for to help keep yourself in check. It'll do little for the anger, but it'll be just enough to stay your hand while you work on other methods to keep yourself in check.
deadlyfurniture: happy (Chamber upon chamber)

[kind of blinks at him for a second] You don't know my history with your team at all, do you.
glorious: (drug)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 01:54 am (UTC)(link)
...You were the member of Tiger's Eye that killed the Captain, long before I arrived, weren't you?
deadlyfurniture: questioning (I jammed the barrel under her chin)

[personal profile] deadlyfurniture 2012-09-10 02:38 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I was. But that was... different. It was carelessness and not wanting to face what I was. But anyway, I'm the reason your team even knows it's possible to get things like that from the Personae. I just don't think there's much they can do about this.
glorious: (interest)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
[...]

I see. So it's something more...innate for you?
sightunseen: Nunnally: thoughtful (where it stops nobody knows.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-10 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Ideally, I'd suppose that even a team with frictions could work with each other?
sightunseen: Nunnally: coy smile (help is on the way.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-10 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
I'm quite pleased to be having one with you, Miss. . . Apple, was it?
sightunseen: Nunnally: gentle/fond smile (I was a blindfold.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-10 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
[giggles]

That isn't very surprising. . .
deadlyfurniture: frowny (all bloody and wild.)

[personal profile] deadlyfurniture 2012-09-10 03:03 am (UTC)(link)
Apparently.
glorious: (drug)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 03:14 am (UTC)(link)
Then it would be more difficult to control. However, the fact that you didn't kill me means that you do have enough of a grasp on yourself to be pulled back when needed. It's certainly possible for you to reign things in.
deadlyfurniture: questioning, serious, frowny (as a fucking really big brick)

[personal profile] deadlyfurniture 2012-09-10 03:16 am (UTC)(link)
I know that.
glorious: A field of white flowers in bloom (kindness)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
...I apologize if that was condescending. I meant to be reassuring.
telepathetically: (let's go show these off to ladies!)

[personal profile] telepathetically 2012-09-10 04:04 am (UTC)(link)
I win.
appleofhiseye: (Argan seeds)

[personal profile] appleofhiseye 2012-09-10 04:41 am (UTC)(link)
That's right. And you're...Miss Meadow?
glorious: A field of white flowers in bloom (joy)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-10 07:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Sapphire will certainly earn a victory for that move.
sightunseen: Nunnally: neutral smile (so delicate these things.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-10 10:27 pm (UTC)(link)
That's right! It's nice to meet you in better circumstances. . .
appleofhiseye: (Chiraita)

[personal profile] appleofhiseye 2012-09-11 12:25 am (UTC)(link)
Better...? Oh. Yes, better than that. It wasn't bad, was it?
sightunseen: Nunnally: gentle/fond smile (I was a blindfold.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-11 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
Not at all; you were all very, very kind. It was just a tense situation, because Snow was distressed. I wanted to thank you all.
appleofhiseye: (Jambul)

[personal profile] appleofhiseye 2012-09-11 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
I didn't really do anything. But I'm glad we alleviated your concerns.
sightunseen: Nunnally: gentle/fond smile (I was a blindfold.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-11 04:33 am (UTC)(link)
You could have been angry at Snow, with justice, and weren't; that's something.
appleofhiseye: (Fenugreek)

[personal profile] appleofhiseye 2012-09-11 04:36 am (UTC)(link)
No, I don't have anything to be mad at Snow about. He's very nice.
sightunseen: Nunnally: coy smile (help is on the way.)

[personal profile] sightunseen 2012-09-11 05:51 pm (UTC)(link)
He is!
