You find yourself in a beautiful red room, the edges of each wall adorned with real gold accents. At the center of the room is a long table, several chairs on either side of it, perfect for very serious conferences. In the middle of the table is a plate of strawberry jam tarts atop it, one per teammate present.

In the corner of the room is a hole in the ground, only large enough for a small animal to fit through. Next to it is a flat iron bar, curled at its tip, where a golden bell has been hung from it.

Finally, on one wall is a large poster which reads (or you find read aloud to you, if you cannot read):

Three blind mice, three blind mice,
See how they run, see how they run.
They all ran after the Farmer's Wife,
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife.
Did you ever see such a thing in your life,
As three blind mice?

[not sure if he should be grinning or not]

I kind of feel a little sorry for the mice.

She does have a point.

Yes, but... I think the carving knife went a bit far.

Execution? Just toss her in a looney bin, she's clearly a psycho.

With reparations made to the mice?

Agreed. I think she had the right to defend her interests, but she went too far.

Execution also seems...heavy-handed.

Oh? By all means, tell me how to make up for that kind of action. . . $500? $1,000?

A psychological evaluation and forced repayment for the damages offered the mice might help. ... A very steep repayment for their physical and emotional injuries.

Covering the cost of rehabilitation works for me. Is there anything that can be done for the one who was framed?

I'm not sure on that part. Ah... reconstructive surgery on leg injuries can run about 20,000 dollars. Then there's also the emotional damage and the damage to the social and economic stability.

Perhaps then not simply a monetary, but physical compensation. After her time in the psych-ward, have her work community service for the village.

Well as long as they weren't executed before the framing was caught, apologies from both the woman and the authorities might suffice.

How much would depend on the economy of Wonderland, or wherever this happened, and the available treatments.

The cost of rehabilitation is not enough. If she was reneging on a political marriage then there are contracts and agreements between her town and theirs that have been broken; mauling three men and framing another are not her only crimes.

How is that sort of breach of contract typically handled?

I have not read much of anything on the law except for what is sometimes in the newspapers, and the punishment varies according to the laws and the country or region in which the crime occurred. But the town bodies would at least expect some measure of compensation for the monetary losses their business has suffered.

I'm not suggesting they need to do it, but they could be paid for it and the emotional damage of being blinded and castrated by their potential bride.
