TURQUOISE

[ Cloth unfurls from your pavilion's roof and now your pavilion has walls! Soundproof walls . . .

Sitting on the table are some animal figurines: a pig, lion, horse, fish, dog, snake, turtle, spider, and a scorpion. ]

The game is simple, choose an animal to represent your team. Then choose an animal for another team. You will receive three tokens which you can give, trade or take from another team of your choice.

You will want to end up with more tokens that are of your animal, and of course hope that the team you chose ends up with more tokens for the animal they chose.

( IF YOU CHOOSE HORSE, YOU WILL WANT TO GAIN MORE HORSE TOKENS. AND IF YOU ASSIGN STERLING 'FISH' YOU WILL WANT TO ENSURE THAT STERLING RECEIVES MORE FISH TOKENS. )

The scorpion is pretty cool. . .

I like it too . . . It's the kind of animal no one will mess with.

I'd think of scorpions or turtles for you guys. Scorpions 'cause no one messes with you, turtles 'cause even if they did, you'd just ignore them till they went away.

I like it. It's not as blatantly obvious as a lion, and and less easy to squash than a spider.
autorejoin: in thought (Too cheap to ride they're worth a try)

That's a good point about the turtles.

But a turtle looks stupid.

I've always kind of wondered what it'd be like to be a turtle.

There are some spiders that can make your arm rot off--!

... But I don't think I want anyone to think of our team like that.

Oh, spiders are dangerous little fuckers, I don't doubt that. But they're so... squishy.

Scorpions it is for us, then.

What about what we'll pick for another team?
sharksong: (. . .)

Yeah, kind of. They don't have to worry about anything. They can just hang out. Even scorpions gotta worry about getting squished!

If you think they're dumb looking obviously they can't be Turquoise though.
