[ This room is small. There is one window with a narrow, railless balcony. The walls are stone and it's quite clear that you're in one of the towers of the castle looking out over Aather. From this vantage point you can see all the normal landscape but you can also see the statue people as well as a looming cloud hanging over the fringes of the forest.

There is a small table with no chairs inside of the room. One button is dark gray and the other button is light gray.

It should be noted, for the observant, that every few minutes the cloud outside grows and gets closer. A darkness is slowly falling. ]

[ Beauty's voice is quiet, but easily heard. ]

This is a desperate place. Everything you've done has been so . . . strong. But the Darkness is also strong. Soon it will come upon us.

You may choose to do nothing, and I will do my best to protect you. But it will be hard and I do not know what the result will be. We did -- . . . before I summoned you here, we did our best to protect and fight the darkness. You see the result.

You may choose to press the light colored button. This will draw energy from . . . it's . . . I can only redirect energy that has no owner, those who were taken or lost.

Or you may choose to press the dark colored button, and fight the darkness with your life.

During a Three game, Emerald decided immediately to sacrifice ourselves and we were bored waiting for the rest of the teams, so Three gave us ribbons so we could do each others' hair and talk about romance. It was kind of silly.

And doing nothing... Well, you saw what Beauty looked like out there. And I've heard others have been attacked as well. Doing nothing might be sacrificing them. And I know a lot of people don't trust them. I don't always trust them, but...
