TURQUOISE

[When you enter the room, there is a long table with twelve balloon animals standing in front of twelve closed boxes. You might recognize the colors as corresponding to the teams of Aather. There is a smaller box at the front center of the table, inside with seven jeweled pins--two red, two black, three gold.]
Now it's time to show what you think you can work best with! ♣ Pick any five and go wild!
[You will have to choose five of the animals to work with and pop the other seven--once done, the five remaining boxes will open. Inside will be matching-color construction-paper cutouts of different parts for the balloon animal corresponding to the box--ears and tails and legs and etc. If you can think of it, yes, it's in the box. Create yourself a creature using elements from these animals! It can be as ridiculous or serious as you like, but parts from all five must be used. Your choices are:
Coral - birds
Ruby - insects
Citrine - bats
Carnelian - fish
Tiger's Eye - mice
Peridot - goats
Emerald - monkeys
Turquoise - frogs
Sapphire - camels
Iolite - elephants
Amethyst - platypus
Kunzite - anteaters

AND THEN
[Parts used include a whole frog, a platypus bill, stingers, and numerous tails, goat horns and hooves, bat wings and fangs, and bird wings. There are possibly more wings and tails present than pictured.
Also: the tails have been altered to contain cutout mouths lined with bat fangs.]
STAGE THREE - JUSTIFICATION
Why is the bear's tail so small, why does a cheetah have spots? Because he stole it from a badger, because she received kindness from the giraffe. Tell me why your creature is. ♠
[feel free to give the most bs answer your characters can conceivably ICly do]
